What we process

  • Nothing to play. There are no accounts and no sign-up: we ask for no email, name or identifying data.
  • Your best streak is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to our servers.
  • Report form: if you write to us through the form, we process the data you provide (name, email, person concerned, description and evidence URL) to reply and, where appropriate, correct or remove the content.
  • Technical data: your IP address is used temporarily and in memory to rate-limit abuse of the form. Our hosting and email providers keep technical logs under their own policies.

Legal basis

  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running the site, preventing abuse and handling complaints.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) where a report concerns third-party rights.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for non-essential advertising and measurement cookies.

Retention

Reports are kept while they are being handled and afterwards for as long as needed to evidence that they were dealt with and to handle possible claims. Rate-limiting data is discarded within an hour.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data. We rely on providers acting as processors or as controllers in their own right: hosting (Vercel), delivery of report emails (Resend) and advertising (Google AdSense). Some are located outside the EEA; such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the applicable adequacy framework.

Cookies and advertising

We use a single technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language choice; it is necessary for the service and requires no consent.

The game is funded by advertising. Ads may be served through Google AdSense, which uses cookies and identifiers to serve and measure ads. In the EEA and the UK those cookies are only set if you consent through the message shown when you arrive, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time from that same message. You can manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to lasthold.contact@gmail.com or through the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD, aepd.es).

Minors

The site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date above and publish the new version on this page.
